Stratio, Inc. and our affiliates (“Stratio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to maintaining the privacy, integrity and security of any personal information about our users and customers (“You,” “Your,” or “User”), and acting in compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to personal information protection. In this Privacy Policy, we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about individuals that access, download, or otherwise use our websites www.stratiotechnology.com, www.linksquare.io, and www.beyonsense.io (collectively the “Sites”); LinkSquare electronics productss and other productss made by Stratio (“productss”); downloadable software for use with the LinkSquare electronics products, including, but not limited to, a data collection tool, an Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Platform offering machine learning, applet release, and database storage, and other software provided by Stratio (“Software”); our mobile application LinkSquare (“Mobile App”), available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store; as well as enterprise technology solutions, and various types of contents with analytics, suggestions or information relating to Your use of our other services ( “Contents”) which may be delivered via e-mail or the Mobile App (collectively the “Services”). The Services are operated by Stratio with a principal place of business at 2211 Fortune Drive, Suite A, San Jose, CA 95131. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected through Your use of the Services, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, and the choices You can make about Your information.

ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITES OR THE MOBILE APP INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICES. You acknowledge (a) that You have read and understood this Privacy Policy; and (b) this Privacy Policy shall have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.

The Privacy Policy is part of the Stratio Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), https://linksquare.io/legal.html. Any terms defined in the Terms of Service shall have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy pertains to Your accessing and using the Services, services offered through third-parties, and Stratio’s social media accounts, like through Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter including all content available through these various platforms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy each time You use the Services. If we materially change this Privacy Policy, if we have Your email address, we will notify You of material changes to this Privacy Policy via email. If we do not have Your email address, we will update this page to reflect any changes to this Privacy Policy. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

2. Information We Collect

Stratio collects information from You when You use the Services, contacts us, or interact with in the manner described below. We may collect personal information that You may provide. If You submit any personal information in connection with using the Services, You represent that You have the authority to do so and to permit Stratio to use the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

We will require You to register to use the AI Platform offered by Stratio. The AI Platform will offer machine learning for spectral data, the ability to create and configure applets on iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS environments, and provide database storage to users. To use the AI Platform we will collect Your email address, Your first and last names, and password. Users of the AI Platform will be required to subscribe to an AI Platform plan at ai.linksquare.io and will be required to enter credit card information; prices of subscription plans will be provided on the Sites. While Your credit card information is required to subscribe to the AI Platform, Stratio does not store your credit card information. All payments are handled by a third-party provider, Stripe. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/us/privacy) and Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/us/legal) for more information. We do not collect any information collected by Stripe.

Further, Stratio collects Personal Information when You choose to access the Services and/or other parts of the Sites or the Mobile App and elect to provide Personal Information. For example, we collect Personal Information when You complete a survey, register for a promotion or special offer, send us an e‐mail message, and otherwise customize the Services. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Information, You are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In order to process and ship orders, Stratio will require the collection of Personal Information such as Your shipping/mailing and billing address, zip code, telephone number and credit card payment information. Except in connection with Your order to purchase a products through the Site, we do not collect any credit card or other financial account information. We will collect information on the productss You purchase from us such as products serial numbers and date of purchase. We may also use such information relating to customer support or after sale service.

Apart from the information You provide as described above, the Mobile App will also ask You to provide the following permissions on Your mobile phone prior to using the Services:

B. Information We Gather Automatically

When You access and use the Services, we automatically collect information regarding You and Your device based on the permissions we request as described above. When using the Sites, we may collect information on the browser type You are using, the type of device being used to access the Services, Your IP address, along with other information. When using the Mobile App, we do not collect Personal Information.

We may also collect certain technical information about Your use of the Sites. Like most Internet sites, we routinely record log entries (including information such as whether You are using a desktop web browser or a mobile device) when there is contact with our Services, for example, with Your browser or mobile device.

When You access the Services through the Sites, we receive and store certain personally non‐identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot be used to specifically identify You. Stratio may store such information itself and/or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Stratio's affiliates, agents or service providers. The Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to the Site, the number of visitors to each page of the Site, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Information is available or used in this process.

C. Information We Collect From Other Sources

We may collect information about You from third-party sources including the App Store and Google Play platform providers.

Any third-party websites that You visit as a result of linking, searching, or surfing from our site may collect and record data about You. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by these Services.

The Services provide links to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, but collects none of Your profile information from the specified social media websites.

Further, Stratio has official pages on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. We do not collect Personal Information if You click on the social media links:

  • Facebook. By clicking on the Facebook button on the Services, You will automatically be transported to the official Facebook page of Stratio, https://www.facebook.com/LinkSquareIR/.
  • Twitter. By clicking on the Twitter button on the Services, You will automatically be transported to the official Twitter feed of Stratio, @LinkSquareIR, https://twitter.com/linksquareir.
  • LinkedIn. By clicking on the LinkedIn button on the Services, You will automatically be transported to the official LinkedIn page for Stratio, https://www.linkedin.com/company/stratio/.
  • YouTube. YouTube is a Google/Alphabet service. By clicking on the YouTube button on the Services, You will be automatically transported to the official YouTube channel for Stratio, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCI1J_myWFcZBwuhh41_yyeg.
  • Instagram. Instagram is a Facebook company. By clicking on the Instagram button on the Services, You will be automatically transported to LinkSquare’s Instagram page, https://www.instagram.com/stratio.linksquare.beyonsense/.
  • Pinterest. Stratio does not have an official Pinterest Board. By clicking on the link You can share Stratio press content.
  • Tumblr. Tumblr, Inc. is a part of Oath, a digital and mobile media company with more than 50 brands globally. Stratio does not have an official account, but by clicking on the link You can share Stratio press content. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information that we collect for several purposes including:

  • The purposes for which You provided it;
  • Provide access to the Services to communicate with You;
  • Personalize, customize, measure, and improve Stratio’s Services, content, and advertising;
  • To administer, operate, and improve the Services or develop new Services;
  • Prevent, detect, and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities or a breach of the applicable agreement(s) between You and Stratio;
  • To assist law enforcement and respond to subpoenas;
  • Analyze the accuracy, effectiveness, usability, or popularity of the Services;
  • Generate and review reports and data about Stratio’s User base and service usage patterns;
  • Compile aggregate data for internal and external business purposes;
  • Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems; and
  • Contact You with information, including promotional, marketing, and advertising information and recommendations that we believe may be of interest to You.

As explained elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, Personal Information we collect may be processed by our partners in providing services related to the Services (such as administration services, technical services relating to the maintenance, servicing, and upgrading of the Services, software, hosting services, customer service, and data migration services, among others).

4. How Your Information is Disclosed

Information may be disclosed to third-parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that a User may choose not to share certain information as described in the Your Choices Regarding Your Information section below.

A. Third-Party Service Providers and Business Partners

We may use third-party service providers and business partners to perform functions in connection with the Services, such as site analytics, remarketing, and functions related to analyzing and improving the Services usefulness, reliability, User experience, and operation, advertising, storing data, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We also may share Users’ Personal Information with advertisers for their direct marketing and promotional purposes and so they can provide services to You. Third-party service providers may help with some of our processing and storage, or answering Your questions, and may also assist with monitoring our servers for technical problems. These third-party service providers can access certain information about You or Your account in line with this work.

B. Enterprise Accounts

For Users using the Services for a business or enterprise, Users with access to the main enterprise account may be able to obtain reports specific to an individual’s data and data generated by a specific Stratio products. If You obtain Your Stratio products from Your enterprise or allow Your enterprise access to information from Your Stratio products, the manager or personnel from Your enterprise may have access to Your information.

C. Business Changes

If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, joint venture, securities offering, bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution, or other transaction or if the ownership of all or substantially all of our business otherwise changes, we may transfer Your information to a third-party or parties in connection therewith.

D. Affiliates

We may also share Your information with our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Our affiliates will be required to maintain that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

E. Aggregated Information

We may share non-personal information relating to visitors and Users of our Services with affiliated or unaffiliated third-parties on an aggregate basis. While this information will not identify You personally, in some instances these third-parties may be able to combine this information with other data they have about You, or that they receive from third-parties, in a manner that allows them to associate this aggregated data with Your personal data.

F. Investigations and Law

We may disclose information about You to third-parties if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Investigate fraud and abuse on the Services;
  • Enforce applicable provisions of Stratio’s Terms of Service located at https://linksquare.io/legal.html, including investigation of potential violations;
  • Take action regarding suspected illegal activities;
  • Comply with the law or guidance and cooperate with government or law enforcement officials or private parties;
  • Respond to claims and legal process (for example subpoenas); and/or
  • Protect against legal liability.

We may dispute any third-party demands to share Your information when we believe, in our sole discretion, that the requests may be unenforceable, overbroad, vague or lack proper authority; however, we do not commit to challenge every such demand.

G. Analytics

We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Services. These tools may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about Your use of the Services. These tools collect information sent by Your device or the Services and other information that assists us in improving the Services. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand Your online activity.

We use Google’s Universal Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google’s GA Audiences to better understand who is using the Services and how people are using it. Google uses cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to collect and store information such as Site pages visited, places where Users click, time spent on each Site page, IP address, type of operating system used, location-based data, device ID, search history, and phone number. We use this information to improve the Site and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. GA Audiences is a web analysis service that gathers and saves data which is used to create User profiles on an anonymous basis. The profiles are used with the sole purpose to improve the Services offered on our website and create more User-oriented content and functionalities.

Google Analytics may track You over time and across websites or applications.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Other Tracking Technologies

These and other third-party service providers may collect or receive information about Your use of the Services, including through the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies, and this information may be collected over time and combined with information collected on different websites and online services, which may be used for remarketing and may track Users across websites and apps and over time. For instance, Google enables us to present Users with retargeting advertising on other sites based on Users’ previous interaction with the Services. You can instruct Your browser to stop accepting cookies. But if You do not accept cookies, You may not be able to use all functionality of the Services.

A. Cookies

The Services use a technology called “cookies.” A cookie is a very small text file sent by the server used to operate the website to Your browser. It is saved in the hard disk of Your computer. After it is saved, the website server reads the cookie saved on Your hard disk when You visit the website in order to maintain Your configurations and provide customized services. Including Google Analytics and social media services discussed above, Stratio uses the following third-party service providers that may use cookies:

B. Web Beacons

Web beacons are small graphic images or other programming code (also known as “web bugs,” “1x1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) used to keep track of Your navigation through the Services and Your electronic communication with us. We may include web beacons in our web pages and email messages. Web beacons may be invisible to You, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or email can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Services, to monitor how Users navigate the Services, to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed. Web beacons may be used to collect certain personal information (for example, the email address associated with an email message).

C. Embedded Scripts

An embedded script is a programming code that is designed to collect information about Your interactions with the Services, such as information about the links on which You click. The code is temporarily downloaded onto Your device from our web server or a third-party service provider. The code is active only while You are connected to the Services, and is deactivated or deleted once You disconnect from the Services.

We use cookies and other tracking technologies on the Services to help us understand and save Your preferences and interests so we can personalize Your future visits and compile aggregate data about Site traffic and Site interaction so that we can offer better website experiences and tools in the future.

Some of our business partners, such as our analytics providers and social media connections, also use cookies and other tracking technologies on the Services, some of which may track Users across websites and over time.

The Services take precautions to protect Personal Information collected. When You submit Personal Information to us via the Services, we use accepted industry measures to safeguard personal information once we receive it, including storing the information You have provided to us in password-secured databases. In addition to our technical safeguards, Stratio limits the number of employees who have access to Your Personal Information and trains all employees who have access to personal information in privacy. While we take reasonable measures to protect the information You submit via the Services against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. No Internet, email, or mobile application transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Email or other messages sent through the Services may not be secure. You should use caution whenever submitting information through the Services and take special care in deciding which information You provide us.

We cannot guarantee that transmissions of Your Personal Information will be fully secure and that third-parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or the security measures of our partners. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION DUE TO TRANSMISSION ERRORS, THIRD-PARTY ACCESS OR CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

You have the obligation to protect Your own Personal Information, and we are in no event responsible for any issues or problems arising out of the leak of Personal Information caused by Your own negligence (such as, transfer, lease or loss of Your access medium, etc., leaving a PC without logging out, and the like), inherent problems in Internet such as, vulnerability of browsers, hacking by use of such technology or method which are not controllable despite reasonable care taken by Stratio to prevent the same, and the like, in each case, so long as it is not attributable to Stratio.

You must keep Your Personal Information up-to-date, and are solely responsible for any accidents arising out of Your provision of inaccurate information.

7. Data Retention Policy

We will retain Your information for as long as You use the Services and for a reasonable time thereafter. Please note that some or all of the information we have collected may be required in order for the Services to function properly.

8. Your Choices Regarding Your Information

A. Changing Your Information/Closing Your Account

You may request to review, update, or have deleted any Personal Information collected from You by Stratio on the Services. Just send us an email asking to review or update Your Personal Information, or to have us delete Your personal information. If You are using the AI Platform Service, You can change and delete Your information by logging into Your Account or by sending Stratio an email. However, we reserve the right to retain Personal Information as necessary to comply with federal and state laws.

B. Email Communications

You can make changes regarding receiving email communications from us by contacting us at [email protected].

C. Social Networking

You should make sure You are comfortable with the information that a third-party social networking service may make available to us by carefully reviewing the social media service’s privacy policy and terms and conditions and by modifying Your privacy settings directly on that service.

D. Opt-Outs Available from our Third-Party Service Providers

Some of the third-party service providers we partner with allow Users to opt-out of their collection of information. See Analytics, and Cookies, Local Storage and Other Tracking Technologies sections above for details.

9. Information Collected From Other Websites, and Do Not Track Policy

Through cookies we place on Your browser or device, we and the third-party service providers we partner with may collect information about Your online activity after You leave the Services. Just like any other usage information we collect, this information allows us to improve the Services and customize Your online experience, and otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy. Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” option, which allows You to signal to operators of websites and mobile applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that You do not wish such operators to track certain of Your online activities over time and/or across different websites and mobile applications and services. The Services support Do Not Track requests, which means that we do not collect information about Your online activity both while You are using the Services and after You leave the Services.

10. Children

Stratio is committed to protecting children’s privacy on the Internet and does not wish to receive information regarding minors. You therefore may not post or transmit any personally identifiable information or information sufficient to identify a minor to the Services. As a general matter, the Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a child has provided our website with personally-identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian email us at [email protected], and we will delete the information about the child from our files. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally-identifiable information, we will delete such information from our records. At any time, a parent can contact Stratio via our email address listed above to: (i) review any personally-identifiable information in the possession of Stratio about their child; (ii) request that Stratio delete such information; and (iii) refuse to allow Stratio to collect any further personally-identifiable information regarding their child.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services or provision of personal information after any modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes Your acceptance of those changes. This Privacy Policy was made effective on the date indicated above.

13. Your California Privacy Rights

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third-parties for those third-parties’ direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third-parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
